These terms explain how you may use this website and the services described on it, operated by Fresh Compass Grove Kabushiki Kaisha.

Service Usage Terms

This website may be used to browse our services and submit enquiries through the contact form.
You agree not to use this site to submit false information or attempt to disrupt its normal operation.
Access to the site is provided without charge and without any account requirement.
Fair usage of the contact form is expected; repeated automated submissions may be disregarded.

This website does not currently require account creation. Where any future account feature is introduced, the following would apply:

Users would be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login details.
We reserve the right to suspend access in cases of misuse.
Multiple accounts for the same individual would not be permitted without reason.

This website is generally available, though occasional downtime for maintenance may occur.
Cleaning services are offered within Tokyo and surrounding areas; availability outside this range may be limited.
We may update the descriptions, pricing, or scope of services shown on this site from time to time.

A quote request is most useful when it includes the floor area, whether the renovation is complete, what kind of residue you have noticed (adhesive, paint marks, protective film), and the handover or shoot date. We reply within one to two working days with the service that fits and a price.
Photos of the space help us judge the residues and the equipment needed, but please avoid photos showing residents, staff, or documents.
A quote is not a booking. The date is held only once you confirm it and we send the booking confirmation.

Our team is based in Edogawa and works across Tokyo. Sites in neighbouring prefectures can be considered, and any travel charge will be stated in the quote before you agree to it.
Most handover cleans for an 80m² interior take 5–7 hours with a team of three. We plan the start time so that the walk-through can be done with the site manager before the end of the working day where possible.
Pre-Photography Preparation is timed to finish shortly before the photographer arrives; please tell us the shoot time and whether the photographer would like a final walk together.

Names, phone numbers, site addresses, and access details are used to quote, schedule, and carry out the visit. They are handled in line with our Privacy Policy and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, and are not used for unrelated marketing.
Key codes, lockbox numbers, and similar access details are shared only with the team assigned to the visit, and we ask you to change them after handover where practical.

Our team works in stage order and will not start on glass or fixture polishing until dust extraction is finished, even if a room looks ready sooner. Please allow the full booked time rather than asking for rooms to be released early.
Filtered vacuum equipment needs a standard power outlet. If the site is still on temporary power, let us know so that we can bring suitable extension equipment or adjust the plan.
We hand over a copy of the checklist used at the walk-through, so that your own site manager can check the same points later.
If dust returns in the days after a handover clean, it usually comes from ventilation ducts or recesses disturbed after we left. Tell us within a week and we will look at the cause with you before suggesting whether a Fine Dust Extraction Visit is needed.

Descriptions of our five stages and the residue table are general explanations of how we work. The scope that applies to your site is the one in your booking confirmation.
Where no booking exists, we accept no liability, so far as Japanese law allows, for losses that come from acting on these general descriptions. Liability for booked services is set out in our Terms and Conditions.

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, with the Tokyo District Court having jurisdiction in the first instance.
Updated terms are posted on this page and apply to enquiries and bookings made after they are posted.
